Recently, the global leading PV and ESS supplier, JinkoSolar successfully supplied its high-efficiency Tiger Neo series modules to the newly completed rooftop solar system at the Mercedes-Benz East London manufacturing plant in South Africa. The project has an installed capacity of 14.57 MW.
The project was constructed by BrightBlack Energy and jointly advanced through JinkoSolar’s distribution partner Menlo Electric South Africa. It is the largest completed rooftop PV project in South Africa to date, injecting new momentum into the region’s industrial sustainability and clean energy transition.
